Behind the Scenes at the Fun Run

Sep 13, 2024

Talk about a community pulling out all the stops!
Given that tickets were on sale from 10:00 and the last walkers were back at the Red Apple by around 12:30, you would have thought such a relatively short event would have taken minimal time and effort to organise and that just a few volunteers would have been needed.
You would be oh so very wrong! You will be amazed to see how many people gave of their time and expertise to make this fun run/walk the success it was.
Organiser par excellence, Lindy Heine, marshalled her troops like a past master and what follows below is a comprehensive list of everyone who contributed in one way or another.

Talk about a community pulling out all the stops! Our gratitude to each and every one of you – and especially Lindy!
